Silicone Softener 2253D (Silicone Softener)

Silicone softener 2253D is new generation copolymer silicone, it has completely new molecular structure, it is suitable for the hydrophilic and soft finishing of cotton, polyester, nylon and their blended fabric, it imparts fabric with excellent hydrophility and outstanding handfeeling.

Characteristics and advantage:

◎ Imparts fabrics with outstanding fluffy soft and good smoothing handfeeling

◎ Imparts very good hydrophility to finished fabrics

◎ Extremely little effect on whiteness and color shade of fabrics

◎ Higher stability to heat ,alkaline and anionic , shearing stable

◎ Almost no phenolic yellowing effect on cotton

pH Value:   4.5-6.0(1% aqueous solution)

Solubility:   can be easily dissolved in water

Application field:

Hand feeling &hydrophilic finishing of cotton, polyester ,nylon and their blends.

Recommended dosage:

Exhaustion process:  Dosage   :     1-3% (o.w.f) 

Liquor ratio:     1:10-1:15

pH       :     5.0~7.0

Temp.    :      Ambient temperature

Drying    :     100~130℃ for 3~5min

Padding process:     Dosage  :     10~30g/L 

 pH     :      5.0~7.0

 Temp.   :      Ambient temperature

Dry/Cure  :     120~160℃ for 1~3min

Packing&Storage:

120kg per plastic drum

Can be stored for 6 months under cool and well ventilated condition.
