Detergent A-118A

A-118A is  a  muti-functional  detergent  based  on  the  combination  of  surfactants  & others salts. It  has strong ability of wetting, dispersing, emulsifying property. it is safe, can effectively clean up impurities of cotton,  has  excellent  whiteness  and  high  & even capillary  effect. It also can  reduce  process  time, chemical consumption and energy costs in compliance with sustainable development.

Characteristics and advantage

◎       Can efficiently remove sizes, wax, pectin and other impurities from cotton fabric. 

◎       It is strong wetting agent.

◎       Give fabric excellent whiteness and capillary effect.

◎       It is more gentle to the fibre than caustic soda and has very little effect on loss of fiber strength.

◎       Suitable for the pretreatment of cotton knitting and cotton woven by jigger.

Application field

It is recommended to use for the pretreatment of cotton knitting and cotton woven by jigger.

Recommended dosage

For cotton knittinig:

A-118A                                                                   3~5g/L

H2O2(27.5%)                                                       6~8ml/L 98℃ for 40-60 minutes, hot washing, warm washing

Storage

Can be stored for 12 months under cool and well ventilated condition. Please keep it sealed after using for avoiding moisture.

With the increase of storage time, the appearance color of the product will gradually become light reddish brown, and the performance will not be affected.
