SOAPING AGENT DF-5

SOAPING AGENT DF-5 is compound of multi-carboxylic, multi-hydroxyl and especially active inorganic salt. It has very good affinity with hydrolyzed reactive dyes, so it has excellent ability of anti- staining and washing off and can effectively remove unfixed dyes and prevent re-dyeing when used as soaping  agent  after  dyeing  and  printing.  It  can  work  at  60-90℃,  but  it  has  better  performance  at temperature of 80-90℃ . It can make color of soaping residual lighter.

Characteristics and advantage

◎ Very excellent anti-staining ability and effectively remove unfixed dyes.

◎ There is no residual of soaping agent on fabric because it is easy to be washed off.

◎ Color of soaping residual obviously becomes light when dosage is increased.
