Soaping agent EPS-5G

Eco  low  temperature  non-neutralization  soaping  agent  EPS-5G  is   composed  of  special   surfactant and organic acid. It has excellent soaping and anti staining performance for reactive dyes at medium and low temperatures, which ensures the good  soaping fastness of the fabric. At the  same time, it has

excellent compatibility with fixing agent and silicone softener in the same bath, and there will be no fixation and silicone spots. This product is a low foam product, safe and easy to use.

Application field

It  is   suitable  for  low  temperature   soaping  process  of  reactive   dyeing,  which   can  effectively prevent the back staining of hydrolyzed dyes and improve the soaping fastness.

Recommended dosage

The most appropriate dosage varies according to the fabric type, dye type and dyeing depth, the difficulty of washing, and the washing equipment and methods.

Soaping agent EPS-5G:     1-3 g/l

Soaping temp.& time: 60-85℃*  15-40 minutes

Liquor ratio : 1 : 3-10

Storage

Can be stored for 12 months under cool and well-ventilated warehouse.
