SILICONE  SOFTENER  6840  has  completely  new  molecular  structure  and  imparts  fabric  with outstanding smoothing cooling hand feeling, it is suitable for finishing of combed cotton, rayon, cotton woven, mercerizing cotton in padding process.

Characteristics and advantage

◎   Excellent hydrophilic, absorbency about 0~2 second, high temperature setting does not affect its absorbency.

◎   Outstanding smoothing and good cooling hand feeling for combed cotton ..

◎   High  resistance  to  alkaline  and  high  temperature,  good  anionic  resistance,  suitable  for padding process.

◎   Good anti- phenolic yellowing property, low shade effect.

Basic property

Appearance: yellowish liquid

pH value: 3.5~5.5 (1% aqueous solution)

Ionicity: weak cationic

Solubility: easily dissolved in water at any ratio.

Application field

Suitable for finishing ofcombed cotton, rayon, mercerizing cotton, cotton woven.

Usage

◎   Can be diluted by 1:1-2 based on demand of local market.

◎   Directly used at low dosage

◎   Can be mixed with other softeners.

◎   Dosage:

Padding process:    after dilution    40g/L-150g/L.

Exhaustion process:    after dilution    1-5% o.w.f

Notice: if the appearance changed due to the temperature, please stir it well before using.
