Leveling Agent RS-8

Leveling Agent RS-8 is the compounds of fatty alcohol ether ester products. It belongs to new

generation fatty type leveler. It has excellent dispersing, migration, and color yield property. It is ideal auxiliaries for microfiber fabrics and polyester fabrics.

Characteristics and advantage

◎ Very Excellent dispersing ability, it can block dyes aggregating and crystallize, help dyes to disperse into inner fiber, it improves dyes utilization rate;

◎ Good Retarding ability, it can adjust the initial color dyeing rate, and coordinating dyeing for mixing dyes;

◎ Very Low foaming, don’t generate vat blocking.

◎ Very pure color yielded light shade.

Basic property

Appearance: yellow to brown viscous liquid (room temperature)

Ionicity: anionic/nonionic

pH value: 5.0~7.0 (1% aqueous)

Solubility: Dissolving in water at any ratio.

Application field

Dyes: disperse dyes

Fabrics: Polyester Microfiber and its blends fabrics.

Dyeing facilities: High temperature and pressure overflow dyeing machines; High temperature and pressure dyeing jiggers; and high temperature and pressure yarn package dyeing

machine.

Application Method

It is diluted with 4~6 times of water. It can be easily diluted at room temperature. It is used after stirring with room temperature water to even then filter. The dilution is cream color at room temperature.

Exhausting method:  Diluted or Blended RS-8    0.5~2.0% (o.w.f) Packing

It becomes very viscose liquid at low temperature, it doesn’t influence the application
