C6 Water,Oil and Soil repellent LS-6720

Fluorinated water, oil and soil repellent LS-6720 is organic fluorine compound, has very low surface tension, can form compact cross-linked film on surface of the fiber. It can be used for water proof and oil proof finishing for cotton and its blends.

Characteristics and advantage:
Impart fabrics with excellent water and oil repellent after finishing.
Has good process stability
Has good performance in continuous process.
Very little effect on color fastness and whiteness of the fabrics.
Basic property:
Appearance:   milky white emulsion.
Ionicity:      weak cationic
pH value:     5.0-6.5 (1% aqueous solution)
Solubility:    can be dispersed in water by any ratio
Recommended dosage:
It can be directly used with low dosage or diluted 1:1~2 by water. The following dosage is for diluted LS-6720 1:1by water.

Cottn blends:      LS-6720    15 ~30 g/L (150℃×2min)
Cotton fabric:      LS-6720    30 ~50 g/L (150℃×3min)
Note: Actual dosage can be adjusted based on requirement.
Should do preliminary test and confirm the product’s compatibility before using. It is better to dilute it 1:2-3 before mixing and try to avoid directly mix.
It will influence finishing effect if there is residual hydrophilic substance on the fabric’s surface, so fabric should be cleaned before water and oil repellent finishing.
Fabric should be baked enough during finishing process, or the performance will be effected. 
Use up work bath within 12 hours. The stability and performance of working bath must be re-test before using if it is stored for a long time.
Storage temperature should be at a scale of 5℃~ 40℃, avoiding of being freeze. be avoid of fire and directly exposure to sunshine. 
Please kindly add 0.3-0.5g/L HAC to improve water and oil repellent durability.

Packing&Storage:
60kg per plastic drum. Can be stored for 8 months under cool and well ventilated condition.
