Antistatic agent KD-1 is composed of polyoxyethylene. It can be used for antistatic finishing of synthetic fibers as polyester, acrylic, nylon, vinylon, etc. It can bring excellent hygroscopic and electric anductivity, antifuouling and dust proofing property to finished fabrics.

Application field
Dust proofing and antistatic finishing of synthetic fibers.
Anti fuzzing and filling finishing of synthetic fibers.
Antistatic finishing of cotton/acrylic blend fabrics.
Antistatic finishing of chemical spinning, plastics and rubber products.

 Recommended dosage
Immersion method:   Antistatic agent KD-1:  0.5-2% (o.w.f) 
Dipping about 20 minutes at room temperature( Liquor ratio: about1:10)→dewatering→drying(100℃)→setting(190℃×30sec).
  Dip padding:        Antistatic agent KD-1:   5-10g/L
Padding(Pick-up70-80%)→drying(100-120℃)→setting(190℃×30sec) 

Action
Should adjust the pH value of working solution to about 8.0 when using.

Packing
50kg or 120kg plastic drum.

Storage
Can be stored for 12 months under cool and well ventilated condition.
