This is material based on compounds of organophosphorus ester, it is used for durable flame retardant treatment for polyester fabrics. Fabrics after treatment can reach flame retardant B1 grade according to Standard GB17591-2006.

Characteristics and advantage
Impart 100% Polyester fabrics with excellent fire retardancy.
It is a durable flame retardant, many times washing resistant for finished fabric;
There is no influence on strength, hand feeling, no color shade changes and bleeding.

Appearance:    light yellowing transparent liquid
pH value:      2.5-3.5(1% aqueous solution)
        Solubility:      diluted with water by any ratio
        Solid Content:   92% +/- 1 % 

Application field
       Car internal decoration, finishing fabrics for train, ship, plane, tent etc. 

Recommended dosage
       LZR-T     100-200g/l
       10-20% NaOH      adjust PH value to 5.0 
       One dip one padding, (liquid rate 65-70%) → drying（100-120℃/ 1-2min）→Cure(180-190℃/ 1-2min）→ 40℃ washing →cold water washing → drying

Action
Above formula and process can be adjusted according to practical situations;
Baking temperature and time decide the fastness of flame retardant agent, low temperature will influence the durability and effect of FR;
There would be some little influence to some colors, pre-testing is needed before producing;
The washing process can be omitted according to practical situations.
