Durable flame retardant for cotton LZR-CH is organophosphorus chemical compound. It is suitable for durable flame retardant finishing of cotton woven fabrics, knitted fabric, towel, drapery and canvas tents. The flame retardancy of finished fabric can reach B1 grade according to GB 17591—2006.

Basic property
Appearance: colorless to light yellow transparent liquid
pH value: 6.0-8.0(1% aqueous solution)
Solubility: can be diluted with water by any ratio

Flame retardant finishing of cotton woven and knitted fabrics.

Recommended dosage
Durable flame retardant of cotton fabric LZR-CH:    300-500g/L
Melamine Resin (C-802A):                      40-60g/L
Phosphoric acid (80%):                         15-20g/L
Fiber protectant LSMS :                        8-10g/L
One dip and one nip  (Pick up 70-80%)→105℃ drying → curing (160-170℃, 2-3 min)→alkaline washing → water washing →drying

Action
1.Curing temperature and time act a determinate role in the fixing rate of retardant and resin. So low temperature and  short time would affect washability and retardant ability.
2.Wash timely after baking for fear of reducing strength and retardant effect.
3.Will have a little effect on color shade to few dyestuffs, better test to affirm property before using.
4. Fiber protectant LSMS should be added lastly.

120kg plastic drum. Can be stored for 6 months under cool and shady condition.
