Phenolic yellowing is often occurred during transportation or storage of white or light color fabric that is exposed to nitrogen oxides (NOx) gas in the air and packing material such as poly (ethylene oxide film of antioxidants such as BHT) , it will greatly influence appearance of the fabric, esp. for nylon fabric. So this kind of fabric is often finished by anti-yellowing agent. KH-4 can effectively reduce the phenolic yellowing caused by the above reasons.

Solubility: can be diluted at any ratio.

Dosage

Optimum dosage should be confirmed after trial test for different fabrics.

Padding process:

KH-4 : 20～40g/l

Dip-nip - dry (120~140℃)

Exhaustion process:

KH-4 : 5%～8% o.w.f

For high grade of anti-phenolic ,adjust bath pH to about 3 by acetic acid

40℃x10-15 minutes -dehydration -dry

Storage & Package:

12 month in cool place and sealed container.
