Silicone softener 6971 is an innovative copolymer material, it has completely new molecular structure and more 2~3 times active content than regular ternary copolymer silicone softener, it can provide obvious handfeeling ,better cost-effective and high stability compared with traditional silicone emulsion in normal conditions.

Outstanding stability at broad pH and temperature range and anti shearing, good anionic resistance, almost no emulsion breaking and oil spot in regular process.
High concentrated and can diluted by water and directly used with low dosage.

Suitable for the finishing of cotton and its blends in padding and exhaustion process.

Basic property
     Appearance: yellowish transparent liquid
     pH value: 4.5~5.5 (1% aqueous solution)
     Ionicity: weak cationic
     Solubility: easily dissolved in water at any ratio 

Usage:
Can be diluted by 1:1~3 based on demand of local market.
Directly used at low dosage

Dosage:
    Exhaustion method: after dilution at 1 : 1~3,   1~4% o.w.f
           Padding method: after dilution at 1 : 1~3,     10~40g/L
