Silicone softener2253D-80% is special multi component amino modified polysiloxane elastomer. It can be used for softening finishing of natural fiber, synthetic fiber and their blends, especially for strict requirement feeling finishing. Used with diluted product of 2237C-80%, can impart polyester, T/C, T/R fabrics with special feeling.

Characteristics and advantage
Impart fabrics with excellent lofty, soft, bulky and lubricating hand feeling.
Even absorbed by fiber, avoid feeling differences during pad-dry softening finishing.
Excellent finishing effects of crease resistance, drapability, durable washing resistance.
Good stability, can resistant hard water and electrolyte, basically no felt rollor phenomenon.
Little effect on color shade, little de-coloring in bath.

pH Value:   5.0-6.5 (1% aqueous solution)

Application field
Softening finishing of cellulose fibers as cotton, linen, silk, etc.
Softening finishing of polyester, T/C, T/R, nylon fabrics, etc.

Immersion process
Add 4-6 part soft water and one part 2253D-80%, stir to silicone oil completely mixed at normal temperature.
Sample, look the appearance, and qualified product is blue gray semi-transparent microemulsion(best watched in glass cup).
Filtrate(160 mesh stainless net), discharge, pack.

Recommended dosage
Immersion method:  Diluted product of 2253D-80%:  1-4% (o.w.f)
Dip padding:       Diluted product of 2253D-80%:  10-30g/L

Packing
120kg plastic drum.

Storage
Can be stored for 6 months under cool and well ventilated condition.
