6910BH is an innovative copolymer silicone material with new molecular structure, and 2~3 times more concentrated than regular ternary copolymer silicone softener. It has excellent hand-feeling and high stability, high cost-effective compared with traditional silicone emulsion. 6910BH is suitable for the finishing of polyester, polyester fleece,and other synthetic fabric.

Basic property:
  Appearance: yellowish transparent liquid
  pH value: 4.0~5.5 (1% aqueous solution)
  Ionicity: nonionic/weak cationic
  Solubility: easily dissolved in water after diluted with ethylene glycol monobutyl ether. 

Usage:
◎It should be diluted by 2.5: 1 ratio with ethylene glycol monobutyl ether before useing .
Dilution method: Firstly put 6910BH into the tank ,add ethylene glycol monobutyl ether at the fixed ratio( 2.5:1 ), stir well, then add proper soft water and stir it for 10 minutes, add pre-mix glacial acetic acid (0.5~1.0% of weight of silicone ) with soft water, slowly add the prepared solution into tank and stir it for 10 minutes , add the left water, keep stirring for10~ 20 minutes . 
       Recommended Dosage after dilution:
Padding process:  10~30 g/l 
  Exhaustion process: 1.0~3.0% o.w.f
