Hydrophilic silicone softener 6973 is an innovative copolymer material, it has completely new molecular structure and more 2~3 times concentrated than regular ternary copolymer silicone softener. It has excellent hand-feeling and high stability compared with traditional silicone emulsion, more easily diluted than silicone fluid.

Imparts knitted & woven fabric with obviously fluffy soft hand feeling, good loose feeling.
Excellent hydrophilicity.
Outstanding stability at wide pH and temperature range(e.g., stable up to 90℃at pH 7) and shearing ability, almost no emulsion breaking and oil spot in regular process.
High concentrated and can be diluted by water or directly used with low dosage.
Suitable for the finishing of cotton knitted fabric, towel, cotton woven fabric and its blends in padding and exhaustion process.

Basic property
     Appearance: yellowish transparent liquid
     pH value: 4.0~5.0 (1% aqueous solution)
     Ionicity: weak cationic
     Solubility: easily dissolved in water at any ratio. 

Usage:
Can be diluted by 1:1~3 based on demand of local market.
Directly used at low dosage

Dosage:
    Exhaustion method: after dilution at 1 : 1~3,   1~4% o.w.f.
           Padding method: after dilution at 1 : 1~3,   10~40g/L.

6 month in cool place and sealed container.
