Hydrophilic silicone fluid 6973M is an innovative copolymer material, it has completely new molecular structure and more 2~3 times active content than regular ternary copolymer silicone softener, it can provide outstanding hand-feeling, better cost-effective and high stability compared with traditional silicone emulsion. 

Advantage:
Imparts knitted & woven fabric with very fluffy soft and good loose feeling.
Excellent hydrophilicity, water absorption time is about 2 second.
Outstanding stability at wide range of pH and temperature (up to 90℃at pH 7) and high i shearing stability, almost no emulsion breaking and oil spot in regular process.
Suitable for the finishing of cotton knitted, towel, cotton woven and its blends in padding and exhaustion process.

Emulsifying procedure of 6973M:
       1. Feed emulsifiers into reactor, stir it while heating it to 40~50 ℃ and keep stirring for 10 minutes.
       2. Add 6973M into reactor and stir it for 60 minutes.
       3. Pre-mix 7kg of glacial acetic acid with 78kg of soft water, slowly add the prepared solution into reactor and stir it for 40 minutes.
       4. Slowly add the left water, keep stirring for 20 minutes, then filter into the containers.
       5. Total dilution time is about 2.5 hours, appearance of emulsified 6973M is yellowish liquid.
Silicone softener 6973M can be applied in padding and exhaustion, recommended dosage is 10~20 g/l for 31% active content of silicone softener oil 6973M. Please use soft water for dilutions.
