Water and oil repellent LS-410 is organic fluorine compound, has extra-low tension. It can impart synthetic fiber, natural fiber and their blend fabrics high durable water and oil repellency and little hand -feeling effect.

Characteristics and advantage

Little affect on fabric’s hand feeling.
Can be little impacted by foregoing residual substance( dyestuffs, auxiliaries, etc) or matching agents.
      ◎ Little affect on fabric’s color fastness and whiteness.

Basic property
Appearance:    white emulsion.
Ionicity:       weak cationic
pH value:      4.0-4.5 (1% aqueous solution)
Solubility:      can be dispersed in water by any ratio

Application field
 Synthetic fibers as polyester, nylon.
  Natural fibers and its blend fabrics as cotton, T/C, etc.
  T/V blend fabrics. 

Recommended dosage
Polyester fabric:  LS-410    10-30 g/L 
Nylon fabric:    LS-410    20-40 g/L 
T/C fabric:      LS-410    20-50 g/L 
 
Dip padding working liquor
→   Dry:     100℃×3min, 110℃×2min, 120℃×1min
→   Baking:  150℃×3min, 160℃×2min, 170℃×1min

Packing
60kg plastic drum.

Storage
Can be stored for 6 months under cool and well ventilated condition. 

Note:
Should do preliminary test and affirm the product’s compatibility before LS-410 being used. You’d better diluted one part LS-410 with 1~2part water than original solution being mixed directly. Stir slowly when make working liquor.
That will influence finishing effect if there be residual scouring agent, leveling agent, soaping agent, fixing agent on the fabric’s surface, so, fabrics should be cleaned cleanly before water and oil proof finishing.
Fabric should be baked enough during finishing process, if not, that will influence the product’s function.
Use up the working liquor contains water proof agent and other medicaments within 12 hours. Long-term laid liquor should be affirmed stability and property before using.
LS-410 should not be used with spray method. Generally, fluorinated water repellent has deep color effect, you’d better affirm color changing after finishing.
