Hydrophilic silicone softener 6971 is an innovative copolymer material, it has completely new molecular structure and more active content than regular ternary copolymer silicone softener, it can provide obvious handfeeling ,better cost-effective and high stability compared with traditional silicone emulsion in normal conditions. It is also easy diluted than silicone oil.
