Hydrophilic silicone softener 6970 is an innovative copolymer material, it has completely new molecular structure and more 2~3 times active content than regular ternary copolymer silicone softener, it can provide obvious handfeeling ,better cost-effective and high stability compared with traditional silicone emulsion in normal conditions. It is also easy diluted than silicone oil.

l Can be diluted by 1:1~3 based on demand of local market.

Exhaustion method: after dilution at 1 : 1~3, 1~4% o.w.f
Padding method: after dilution at 1 : 1~3, 10~40g/L
