A-271 is a pretreatment auxiliaries composed of multi components for low temperature scouring and bleaching and has strong ability of scouring, dispersing, emulsifying and chelating esp. for one bath pretreatment of cotton knitted fabric i. It can replace of caustic soda, soda ash, penetrating agent, scouring agent and peroxide stabilizer etc.The treated fabric was imparted with better wetting and penetration properties, making subsequent bleach process easy and resultantly giving much better dye uptake. It also can reduce process time, chemical consumption and energy costs in compliance with sustainable development. It is APEO free .

            A-271:          3.0~4.0g/L
          H2O2（27.5%): 6~7ml/L
          Liquor ratio:        1：10~15
          Running temperature& time: 70~80℃ ×50~60 minutes - hot water washing- cold 
          water washing
