SA-23 is optimized compound of multi surfactants and has excellent emulsifying & dispersing ability and detergency. It has very good de-sizing function as cold-pad-batch scouring agent. It is APEO free and doesn’t contain other prohibited materials.

Appearance:  yellowish-brown viscous liquid
Ionicity:     anionic/nonionic
pH value:    7.5-9.0 (1% aqueous solution)
Solubility:    can be diluted with water by any ratio

Application
      1. Used in cold-pad-batch process for fabrics made of cellulose fiber and their blended.
      2. Used in exhaustion process as de-sizing agent, scouring agent and de-oiling agent.
      3. Used in continuous oxygen-bleaching process for fabrics made of cellulose fiber and their blended.

Usage 
It is high concentrated and can be directly used with low dosage or used after diluted at 1:3-4 by water.

Dosage
Exhaustion process:     SA-23：0.3-1.0%(o.w.f)
Padding process:        SA-23：2.0-5.0g/l
Cold-pad-batch process:  SA-23：5.0~10.0g/L

Packing and Storage
120kg/drum and stored for 12 months under cool and well ventilated condition.
Solidification may occur when temperature is low. Quality isn’t affected after stirred into homogenous.
