Anti-stain Soaping Agent for Acid Dyes 750-100% is special ethyoxyl compound, it has good emulsifying, dispersing and detergent ability to acid dyes, can improve wash effect in the cleaning of acid dyeing, can not only improve washing performance but also anti-staining effect when used in acid printing. As high concentrated product with effective content 100%, it is highly cost effective and can be used directly with small dosage or after being diluted.

Application process

It is high concentrated, its valid ingredient is 4-5 higher than the same kind product in market. It can be used directly or after being diluted by 3-4 part water. 
How to dilute: How to dilute: add 750-100% firstly, then put cold water or 50℃ hot water wit, stir 30 minutes till it is even dissolved.

Recommended dosage
Soaping/Washing off of acid dye after dyeing：   750-100%：0.3-1.0%(o.w.f)  
        Anti-stain cleaning of acid dyes after printing：  750-100%：0.5-1.5g/l 
              (Specific dosage should decide after test according to actual environment)

50kg or 120kg per plastic drum.

Storage

Can be stored for 12 months under cool and well ventilated condition. Please keep it away from high temperature and solarization.
