Anti Stain Reductive Cleaning Agent for dispersing dye 759-100%  (for polyester fabric)

759-100% is special ethyoxyl compound, it has good detergent and emulsify functions as well as excellent dispersing ability, can effectively wash printing paste and prevent white fabric from staining. As high concentrated product, it is high cost effective and can be used directly with small dosage or after being diluted.

It is used for polyester fabrics after printing and can effectively clean printing paste.
It can prevent white fabric from re-stain by stripped-off dyes.
Can improve soaping and anti-staining performance if mixed use with caustic soda and sodium hydrosulfite.

Basic property
Appearance:   yellow to yellowish-brown liquid
Ionicity:      anionic/nonionic
pH value:     6.5-8.5 (1% aqueous solution)
Solubility:    can be diluted by water at any ratio 

Application process
It is high concentrated, its valid ingredient is 3-5 times higher than the same kind product in market. It can be used directly or after being diluted by 3-5 part water. 
How to dilute: add 759-100% firstly, then put cold water or 50℃ hot water wit, stir 30 minutes till it is even dissolved.

Anti stain cleaning of printed polyester fabrics after printing.

Recommended dosage
Anti-staining cleaning after printing:  Diluted 759-100%    1~3 g/L
                   or use as following formulation: Caustic soda       1~2 g/L
                                              Sodium hydrosulfite  0.2~0.8 g/L
                                              Diluted 759-100%    1~3 g/L
                                             Temperature:        50~80℃ 

Packing
50kg or 120kg per plastic drum.

Storage
Can be stored for 12 months under cool and well ventilated condition. Please keep it away from high temperature.
