Product Overview:
This substitution alkali can be used for color fixing of various yarn and fabric made of cotton, regenerated fibre and cellulose. It can replace soda ash to the fixation of reactive dyes in dip dyeing.
It is a formulation of various inorganic alkali, buffer and chelating agent upon intensive study of stock-dye theory on reactive dyes to cellulose. Though lots of application experiments on reactive dyes instead of soda ash, we found it enjoys excellent dyeing penetration ability, buffer capacity and pH value stability and it can improve dye fixation and effects to several dyes. The dyed and fixed textile has pure and full color. Also it has excellent leveling effect, superior dyeing reproducibility and it is easy washing after dyeing. Its dosage is about 1/7~1/10 of soda ash, cost saving

Qualifications:
Appearance:   white particle
pH value:     12.2-12.5 (1% aqueous solution)
Solubility:    can be dissolved in water
Storage stability: must be sealed in packaging bag and stored in shady and dry warehouse, better to keep the package closed after using so as to prevent it from the moisture.

Method of application:
1. About 1/7~1/10 of soda ash in conventional process.
2.Better to well diluted in cold water, never pull the particle into dye vat directly.
3.Reference process: exhaust dyeing; Liquor ratio:1:10-1:15
4.Dosage comparison of soda ash and substitution alkali in conventional and new process.

Matters Needing Attention:
1. Never take one-sided approach to take soda ash as a standard to compare when use substitution alkali instead because they have many differences in intrinsic content, formation etc. Better to use in a single process, make a proof before mass production. In order to save cost, its general dosage is about 1/7~1/10 of soda ash.
2. Better to be well diluted in water, do stir fully to prevent it from agglomeration.
3.If deep color becomes less deep when dyeing, proportionally add anhydrous sodium sulphate.
4.Avoid direct contact with skin, if contact with eyes occurs, flush with plenty of water immediately, because this product is of certain corrosive.
