High temperature low foaming monomer RS-2C is fatty ester compound as new generation fatty type leveler. It has excellent performance as an ideal auxiliaries for superfine fibre. 

Characteristics and advantage
Extremely excellent dispersing ability, can prevent dye particles accumulation and crystalline growth, can promote dye molecules diffuse from the surface to the internal of fibre, effectively improve dyes utilization;
Retarding ability is nice, can regulate dyes initial uptake, coordinate mixed dyes synchronous dyeing;
Improve disperse dyes dyeing properties, make it more adaptable to the requirements of high temperature dyeing of denier polyester;
Its foam is extremely low, can dye without defoamers, will not cause fabric blocking;
Concentrated product, it is 3-5 times better performance than market ordinary products.

         Appearance: deep brown viscose liquid 
         Ionicity: anionic/nonionic
         pH value: 5.0~7.0 (1% aqueous)
         Solubility: Can be diluted by water at any ratio.

Application field
         Dyes: disperse dyes
         Fabrics: Polyester Microfiber and super-microfiber and its blends fabrics.
         Dyeing facilities: High temperature and pressure spray or overflow dyeing machines

Recommended dosage
Exhausting method: High temperature low foaming monomer RS-2C(After being diluted by 3-5 part water)   0.5~2.0g/L

Dilution Method:
Add clean cold or warm water at 40-50℃ into a container equipped with a stirrer, then add RS-2C, stir until it is completely diluted.

          120 kg per plastic drum

Storage
          Can be stored for 12 months under cool and well ventilated condition.
