High temperature Super Fine-denier Leveling Agent RS-810 is compound of fatty ester and is completely new generation leveling agent. It has very excellent performance and the best choice for super fine-denier dyeing.

Characteristics and advantage
Very excellent dispersing ability, can prevent accumulation and crystallization of dye particles and make dyes penetrate from fiber surface into interior, so can improve dye usage rate.
Can retard dyeing well and adjust initial dyeing speed and coordinate different dyes to synchronous dye. 
Improve dyeing property of disperse dye and adapt dyes to the request of fine-denier high temperature dyeing.
Extremely low foaming, no need anti-foaming agent, and don’t blocking dye jig.
No discolor and has pure shade 
It is high concentrated and should be diluted 1:3-4 by water before using.

Application process
Exhaustion: RS-810(After dilution 1:3-4):  0.5-2.0% g/L.
Dilution method: put RS-810 into clean cold water or 40-50℃ and stir it completely dissolved.

Storage
Can be stored for 12 months under cool and well ventilated condition.
