Highly Concentrated High Temperature Leveling Agent 742-100% is compound of special surfactant. It is used for rapid dyeing of polyester and its blend at high temperature and high pressure and have properties of high efficiency, low foam and well leveling. 

Characteristics and advantage
Can improve application performance of disperse dye, especially low-end dyes.
Excellent leveling property, can shorten dyeing time, improve production efficiency, and reduce energy wastage.
Excellent property of dispersing at high temperature, can prevent colliding and crystallizing between dye particles, prevent dye spot raised of dye aggregation.
Extremely low foaming, needn’t anti-foaming agent, and don’t block dye jig.
Can disperse sediments on inner wall of dye jig and prevent them recollection on fabric.
Can be used for various dye equipments, especially for jet overflow dyeing machine.
Basically no effect on chromatic color and have pure color shade.

Application process
742-100% is high-concentration, its valid ingredient is 5-7 times higher than the same kind product in market. It can be used directly with small dosage or be diluted with 4-6 parts water before using. It is easily diluted at room temperature and stir evenly and filter before using.

Diluted product:  0.5-2g/L

Can be stored for 12 months under cool and well ventilated condition.
