Acid dye fixing agent 760-80% is a high molecular polymer based on aromatic sulfonic acid derivative, mainly used in fixing process after acid dyeing of fabric or yarn.

Characteristics and advantage
◎ improve wash fastness of nylon fabric significantly;
◎ little affect on fabric shade and brilliance;
◎ it can effectively enhance hand feeling of cationic finishing agent after fabric is treated by 760-80%.
◎ used for acid dyestuff dyeing.

       Appearance: brown to dark brown viscous liquid
       Ion: Anionic
       pH: 2.5 ~4.0 (1% aqueous solution)
       Solubility: can be diluted with water

Application field
       Fibers: nylon, nylon / cotton, wool fabrics.

Application process
       This product is high concentrated and can be diluted 1:2-3 with water at room temperature, then stir it evenly and filter before using. Diluted product at room temperature is yellow-brown to red-brown transparent solution;

       After dilution
       Exhaustion process: 3 ~ 5% (o.w.f) of diluted solution
       Bath ratio : 1:10 ~20
       Glacial acetic acid: 0~0.4g / l
       Temperature and time :  75 ~ 80 ℃ for 20 ~ 30min

Precautions
              The above is only experimental data, please do testing and make more accurate solution of bulk production before using.
       It is not recommended to be used in acid dye printing or combination yarn dyeing fabric.
