Formaldehyde-free Fixing Agent HF-5 is cationic copolymer of multi amine and can form insoluble material with anionic dyes to adhere into fiber so that it can improve washing fastness and rubbing fastness. It is specially developed for printing fixation and very excellent for all kinds of colors, such as red, black, blue and green ect. It is high efficient product with small dosage.

Application process
Exhausting:               HF-5: 0.3-0.8% (o.w.f)
                        Liquor ratio:     1:10-1:20
                        pH value:       5.0-7.0
                        40-60℃ X 20-30minutes.
Padding:                  FH-5 : 3-8g/L

Note:
Generally, it can’t be used with anionic agent in one bath.

Storage
Can be stored for 12 months under cool and well ventilated condition.
