Chlorine-resistant fixing agent FCR-1 is special cationic surfactant. It can significantly improve fastness to chlorine and washing fastness of dyed or printed cotton fabric with reactive dyes. It is formaldehyde-free.

Characteristics and advantage
In 50ppm or 100 ppm chlorinated water test, the fastness to chlorine of treated fabric can be
   improved 1~2 grade. 
Can improve washing fastness and rubbing fastness of fabrics after fixation
Very little shade effect on fabric
Little handfeeling change on fabric
Can be compatible with nonionic and cationic substances in one bath

Application process
Immersion method:   dosage:          2.0~5.0% (o.w.f)
                 Liquor ratio:          1:10~1:20
                   treat temp:          40~50℃
                   treat time:          20~30minutes.
Dip padding:         dosage:           20~50g/L

Can be stored for 12 months under cool and well ventilated condition.
