Cationic modification agent CW-1 is a high-molecular polymer with strong cationic degree, it is mainly used for cellulose fibre pigment dyeing process. Due to the pigment is made of particles with negative charge, after reaction with fibre ,cationic modification agent CW-1 can impart cellulose fibre with positive charge, easy to absorb negative particles of pigment to get fibre coloring.

Advantage:
◎ As a modificaiton agent of garment pigment dyeing on cellulose fibre,this product can reduce the dosage of binder or even no need binder , at the same time improve the stiff handle of pigment dyeing fabric.
◎Imparts good cationic modification effect on cellulose fibre in room temperature.
◎Can improve pigment dyeing uptake rate to cellulose fibre treated with CW-1.

Basic property:
      Appearance：Colorless transparent viscosity liquid
      Ionicity：cationic
      pH value：5.0-6.0(1% aqueous solution)
      Solubility：easily dissolved in warm and cold water at any ratio

Application:
     Be used for cellulose fibre pigment dyeing

Dosage:
      The recommended dosage is 0.3% - 1.5% (o.w.f ), can decrease the dosage when color is light.

Usage:
      Put fabric and modification agent in cold water bath by fixed liquor ratio at the same time, heating to 40-50℃, running about 20 minutes, fully immersion uniform ,after modification, dehydration and drying, dyeing with pigment again,  running about 30~40 minutes at temperature of 40-60 ℃.
