Anti-creasing agent WM is a fatty-alcohol-ester based anti-creasing agent that used for wet processing of heavy cotton fabric and high counts & high density cotton fabric and its blended fabric. It has excellent lubricating property.
◎ Make cotton fabric more slippery in wet process, markedly improve fabric’s softness after finishing.
◎ Minimize rubbing between fabrics, fabric and equipment, preventing yarn fuzzing and fabric being abraded.
◎ Decrease crow’s feet caused of fabric crinkling.
◎ Make fabrics more flat and no crease mark.
◎ Has synergistic leveling function.
Appearance: Yellowish to gray cake
Ionicity: nonionic
pH Value: 6.5-8.0 (1% aqueous solution)
Solubility: can be diluted with water by any ratio
Fabric: mainly used for cotton and its blended fabric.
Process: pretreatment and dyeing
It is cake form, high concentrated, can be diluted 1:9-10 by hot water of 70-80℃.
Exhausting: diluted Anti-creasing agent WM: 1-3% (o.w.f)
