Polyester Softener T200
(Instantly hydrophilic, anti-static, soil releasing)

T200 is an multi-functional finishing agent based on polyester copolymer, which is mainly used to provide fluffy hand feeling and durable hydrophilic for PES and its blend fabric. It also act as a mositure absorption and persipiration discharge finish of polyester and its blend fabric. 
  
Characteristics and advantage
Impart polyester and its blend fabric with fluffy soft handfeeling with excellent durable
     hydrophilicity after finishing
Has good anti-static and soil releasing function because of its excellent hydrophilicity
Has anti-crease effect when it be used in dyeing bath 
Very slight yellowing, doesn’t influence the fabrics whiteness and color shade
High compatibility with anionic, and cationic auxiliaries
High-concentrated, 1:9 diluted before using, stable diluted solution, convenient

Basic property
       Appearance: Yellow or light yellow un-even small clump.
       Ionicity:   Nonionic
       pH Value:  5.0~7.0 (1% aqueous solution)
       Dissolving:  In hot water at 70-90℃ stir enough, reduce the temperature below 45℃, ready for using after filter.

Application:
       Polyester Knitting or weaving fabrics.

Recommended Dosage: 
       
       Pad - Dry-Cure process: PES softener T200 (10% solution)        30~50g/l
       Exhaustion process: PES softener T200 (10% solution)      3~8%   (o.w.f)
                       Bath ratio:                         1:8~1:15
