T200B is an multi-functional finishing agent based on polyester copolymer, which is mainly used to provide fluffy hand feeling and durable hydrophilic for PES and its blend fabric. It also act as a mositure absorption and persipiration discharge finish of polyester and its blend fabric.

◎ High-concentrated, 1:9 diluted before using, stable diluted solution, convenient

Basic property

       Appearance: Yellow or light yellow un-even small pearl

       Ionicity:   Nonionic

       pH Value:  5.0~7.0 (1% aqueous solution)

       Dissolving:  In hot water at 70-90℃ stir enough, reduce the temperature below 45℃, ready for using after filter.

Application:

       Polyester Knitting or weaving fabrics.

Recommended Dosage:

       Pad - Dry-Cure process: PES softener T200B (10% solution)        30~50g/l

       Exhaustion process: PES softener T200 B(10% solution)      3~8%   (o.w.f)

                       Bath ratio:                         1:8~1:15
