ECO KMnO4 Remover CM-1 is compound of special reducing agent and used to remove KMnO4 in denim and garment washing. It can remove KMnO4 more fast and completely than oxalic acid, sodium pyrosulfite and sodium hydrogen sulfite, there is no residual and corrosion. Finished fabric is more white and bright. 

Characteristics and advantage

◎It can fast remove residual KMnO4 and is easily washed off.

Application reference
Monkey wash/PP Spraying(KMnO4 spraying) 
Put garment and water into machine and run for 2 seconds, make garments completely wet. ECO KMnO4 Remover CM-1 is added. Generally 2kg is ok for 150 pieces garments and wash 5-10 minutes. If KMnO4 is sprayed more, quantity of ECO KMnO4 Remover CM-1 can be increased to 4-5kg and wash 10-15 minutes. Then check residual KMnO4, if residual KMnO4 is very little, wash again by water.
2. Operation instruction for garments sprayed by KMnO4
Garments should be washed twice by water after it is bleached KMnO4, then add water and run for 5-10 minutes to check if residual KMnO4 is ok.
