T600A is new generation anti back staining agent for denim, high molecular compound, has powerful dispersing ability, good anti-back staining and excellent stability. It is environment friendly and APEO free.

Characteristics and advantage

◎ Has good emulsifying, dispersing and absorbing ability for indigo dyes, can    

prevent indigo back staining and improve color contrast and fabric brilliance;

◎ Can improve color fastness after stone washing;

◎ Be used with enzyme or used general washing process, improve effect of washing;

◎ Be high concentrated, dilute it before using, stable diluted solution, easily used.

Basic property

       Appearance: Beige or light yellow un-even small pearl

       Ionicity:  Nonionic/anionic

       Ph Value:  6.0~8.0    (1% aqueous solution)

       Dissolving:  In hot water at 70-80℃, dilute it 1:4-9 by water and stir 30-60 minutes, cool the solution, ready for using after filter.

Application:

Used in denim washing of indigo dye, high efficient anti back staining.

Recommended dosage:    T600A(10% diluted solution)  2-8%( o.w.f.)

                Liquor ratio:    1:8-15

Stored in cool and well-ventilated place for 12 month. Easily agglomerated when stored in wet and high temperature condition
