Pigment Printing Binder FH-2
(Excellent soft handle and fastness)

Pigment Printing binder FH-2 is copolymer of modified Polyacrylic acid ester, with excellent soft handle and all-round fastness such as washing, dry and wet rubbing fastness, brilliant color and high color yielding, excellent definition for deep color, light film forming color, negligible influence to shade.

Very smoothing forming film and very excellent soft handle;
Low dosage, excellent washing, dry and wet rubbing fastness.
High color yielding and brilliant color.
Easy used and no mesh clogging. 

Basic property
         Appearance: milk or semitransparent viscose liquid
         Ionicity: anionic
         pH value: 6~8  (1% aqueous)

Application field
         Pigment printing (imitate reactive printing)

Recommended dosage
Pigment paste: 5%, FH-2: 20%, Thickener: X%, Viscosity:11000mpas
Pigment paste: 8%, FH-2: 25%, Thickener: X%, Viscosity:15000mpas
Pigment paste: 10%, FH-2: 30%, Thickener: X%, Viscosity:20000mpas
Printing - dry at 100℃ - bake setting at 150℃
Wetting retention will be better if glycerol or urea is added.

          120 kg/ plastic drum

Storage
         Can be stored for 12 months under cool and well ventilated condition.
