Pigment Binder FH-2
(Good soft handle and fastness)

Pigment binder 8601  is copolymer of modified Polyacrylic acid ester, with good soft handle and   fastness such as washing, dry and wet rubbing fastness, brilliant color and high color yielding, excellent definition for deep color, light film forming color, negligible influence to shade. Compared with other binder , it need less dosage of thickener to reach the ideal viscosity.

         Ionicity: anionic
         pH value: 6~7  
         Solid content: 35%

Application field
         Pigment printing (imitate reactive printing)

Recommended dosage
        Pigment paste: X%, Binder : 5~30%, Thickener: 1~1.2%(high conc.),2.5~3%(normal)
        Printing - dry at 100℃ - Curing (160℃×2-4min )

Packing
          120 kg/ plastic drum

Storage
         Can be stored for 6 months under cool and well ventilated condition.
