Pigment Binder FH-8
(For cotton knits)

Pigment binder FH-8 is copolymer of modified polyacrylic acid ester, especially used for cotton knits pigment printing , it can impart fabric with good soft handle and high fastness such as washing, dry and wet rubbing fastness, brilliant color and high color yielding, excellent definition for deep color,  negligible influence to shade, better cost-effective.

         Appearance: white viscose liquid
         Ionicity: anionic
         pH value: 7~8
         Solid content: 30~32%

Application field
         Pigment printing (imitate reactive printing)

Recommended dosage
        Pigment paste: X%, Binder : 5~28%, Thickener: 1~1.3%(high conc.),2.3~2.6%(normal)
        Printing - dry at 100℃ - Curing (160~165℃×1-1.2min )

Packing
          120 kg/ plastic drum

Storage
         Can be stored for 6 months under cool and well ventilated condition.
