High concentrated reactive printing thickener 8802 is blend of acrylic polymer and natural thickener, ECO friendly, no formaldehyde and APEO-free. It has high penetration property and give high colour yield, high resistance to electrolyte,can replace sodium alginate completely,easily using. Suitable for the printing of  cotton,rayon, Ny/C fabric with flat screen printing ,rotary screen printing process.

Basic Properties:

Appearance: milky viscosity liquid

pH value:5-7original liquid

Ionic character: anionic

Printing process:

Paste preparation→printing→dry →steaming fixation102-103℃,8-12min)→washing→soaping→neutralization→dry→curing.

Printing paste formulation:

Reactive dye                Xg

Urea                  30-200 g

Oxidizing agent           5-10 g

Sodium bicarbonate      10-30 g

Thickener8802          20-40 gstirring 15-22min until fully dissolved)

Antifoam agent            2-5g

water                           Y g

Total                         1000 g

 

Paste preparation:

1. Stock paste preparation :add 70-80% of the total amount of water first, then add the alkali and stirred until fully dissolved. Antifoam agent and oxidizing agent are then added,followed by urea.when these are fully dissolved, 8802 thickener is introduced and the stock stirred, add residual water after the viscosity meet the requirement, continuous using a shear mixer for 15-25 minutes, to dissolved thoroughly to allow the full viscosity to develop.

2. Paste preparation: reactive dyes are then added to the stock as required,after stirring to ensure complete distribution of color , the viscosity can be adjusted if required with further addition of thickener, the paste should be stirred thoroughly before printing.

Package& Storage:

120kg per plastic drum.

Stable for 6 months at 5~40 in closed containers, not affected by freezing ,summer sun exposure should be prevented.

Notes:

1.Can not be used with cationic agents together.

2.Please do not use or store in metal containers such as copper, iron, aluminum and so on, and use well water carefully.

3.water penetration is strictly prohibited in transportation and storage.

     4.The recommended dosage are given for reference only, preliminary trials should be carried out to obtain optimum conditions.
